What is a good HD 720p / 1080p camcorder that has a waterproof case avalable or is water proof or water resist?

mostly basic use but would also like to possible take it snowboarding somtimeWhat is a good HD 720p / 1080p camcorder that has a waterproof case avalable or is water proof or water resist?
There are a few options out there

Panasonic SDRW20R - 450$ - this camera has only standard resolution, least good option I have found but still not bad! apparently handling is not so great though.

Equivalent to this there is Sanyo VPC-E2 or VPC-CA8 (two names) for 399 Canadian$, it has all the same features minimum + it does 8mp with pretty high shooting speed

Next is the CA9 for 450$, it does 720p at 30fps. 720p vs 720i is important as p means that each frame is complete whereas 720i is interlaced meaning that each frame is in truth only ';whalf'; a picture which means if you freeze frame it will be fuzzy as 2 frames are blended together. this means 720p allows you to pause the video with a video editor and get a 0.9mp picture from it! It does about 5ft under water. Also the 9mp pictures this camera does goes up to 1.6 frames per second and 7fps at 2mp

Finally the VPC-WH1 is available for 499 (canadian once again) and does 720p 60fps. It has 2mp at 13fps (16fps is about the minimum for ';video'; so you can't put them one after an other to get 1080p which is what I was hoping). This camera goes up to 10 feet under water.

If you had loads of cash to spend there are underwater housings but these are bulky and not quite what you are looking for. (canon fs11's is about 900$ on its own)

Finally, the pentax optio W60 if a digital camera that does 15fps 720p video and does 10ft underwater at 10mp but has much better ISO (meaning it performs better in low light) but seeing as you want to use it for snowboarding and the snow reflects ALOT of light, this might not be too useful for you but it could kill two birds with one stone if you wanted a good still camera too.
