Waterproof cameras?waterproof camera cases?

I want a PowerShot SD750 or a PowerShot SD1100 IS advice on which one to get? i want a good zoom good color and fast shutter


but i also want a waterproof camera to take underwater pictures of me just for fun ya kno? and it doesnt have to go underwater for like more than 5 ft i guess but i knw tht cameras not waterproof is there such a thing as like a waterproof case that allows you to take undrwater pics?? thanksWaterproof cameras?waterproof camera cases?

I would recommend the SD1100IS over the SD750 because it has image stabilization (reduces picture blur from camera shake), has face recognition, and comes in a slightly smaller size make it more pocketable.





Almost all of the canon powershot line has a waterproof case made especially for it by Canon. There are other waterproof cases that you can use, but they are less trustworthy.





If the pictures are just for fun, try getting a disposable waterproof camera.

Water-proof camera cases are fairly expensive. $100.00 for the cheaper ones and $200.00 and up (and up!)for ones meant for scuba diving.
