I'm not looking for something so I can take my camera underwater. I just want to make sure that when I'm hiking/canoing/boating/skiing/doing all these fun things that my camera is SAFE. I can't afford repairs or a new camera!
Please no general answers, like Yahoo! Shopping, Walmart, Circuit City, etc. I want brand names!

As far as I can tell there are several. They are all located on bhphoto.com
The first one is by aquapac. Its a little cheesy looking but im sure it will get the job done.

The next one is by a company called Aqua Tech. It appears to be what you are looking for based on your description. It slips right over the camera almost like a jacket but you can still use the camera even when it is on
